Note for Horsemen regarding walkthrough at Sunland Park
Notice to Horsemen:
On Wednesday, December 2, 2009 there will be a walk through at Sunland Park in advance of opening day. The walk through will begin with a short meeting at Riley's at Sunland Park to go over the Livestock Board's plans for testing Sunland Park based horses for piroplasmosis. The planned testig will take place in the next week or so. The Livestock Board's rep will provide information on piroplasmosis and the testing that must be done. After this meeting, the NMRC will conduct a walk through of the backside of Sunland Park to make sure that all things are in place for the upcoming race meet. All Horsemen are encouraged to attend the meeting at Riley's and the walk through. If you have any questions or comments please call Pat Bingham at 505.205.6650. Thanks for your time.
