Horse Racing at Raton L.P. received it's license for gaming. Its owner, Michael Modlenhauer, also received findings of suitability for the project from the Gaming Control Board.


Mark Correra has withdrawn from the application in order to focus on other business opportunities. The approval comes with several conditions, including the condition that unconditional funding must be in place, as well as a property manager, within thirty days from today
